During the project, his crew busted one of our sprinkler lines and also cut our internet line. We immediately brought the sprinkler damage to his attention, and we were assured that someone would come out that same day to repair it. No one ever showed up. Since then, we've reached out three more times, and each time we've either been ignored or received no response at all. At this point, he's completely stopped communicating with us and has made no effort to fix the damage his crew caused. Mistakes can happen on any job, but what matters is how it's handled. Instead of taking responsibility, we were given empty promises and then completely ghosted. The lack of communication, false assurances, and refusal to make things right have been incredibly unprofessional. After spending $8,500, we expected quality work and accountability. Instead, we were left with damaged property, unanswered messages, and a contractor who refused to stand behind his work. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
