My mom is older, and has been unable to really work on her house since she bought it last year, and was very stressed. The team quickly responded to my request for help, and agreed to doing it the next day! They set a time, of which they showed up precicely, and ended up working for about 6 hours. Not being there was a bit stressful, but this team communicated with me constantly, and even set a whole photo set of pictures when they were done! I called my mom and she was almost in tears. She said her house is so clean it truly feels like a home. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. His was response was extremely unprofessional. He said "your place was pretty bad and my cleaners transformed your place and youre making a big deal about a rag?"
