My insurance company called B&B and before I knew it (or could eat the sandwich I had picked up in Cambridge, Jeff was calling to tell me he'd be there shortly. Ten minutes later he arrived and put my truck on his flatbed. After dropping the truck at Walmart, he waited and let me go inside and talk to a manager, then he kindly gave me a ride to a local hotel. And then to even top it off, once they found out my mom had just had surgery, they offered to come to the hospital and pick my key up from me.So I wouldn't have to meet in belle valley with my key. That day they had a tow truck driver come get my car. The man was very polite ! Since then they called me weekly, maybe even twice a week to give me an update on my car - from letting me know it was at their shop, to informing me of the supplement and back and forth with allstate and then to letting me know they were getting started sooner than expected. When the car was almost complete the manager/owner called me to let me know how things went and how he fixed my car up to his expectations which I was happy that he cared that much to tell me how he didn't like the way the after market bumper looked so he redirected the money to have a real matching part.
