We first got a letter from the front office over a month ago letting us know that a few days from then they will be on the roof and to watch for debris. Plus the obvious noise it would bring. Okay. I expected a week, maybe 2, where we would sporadically be dealing with those things. Not even close. For some reason they decided to alternate working on 2 buildings at the same time without actually finishing one. I kept looking up to see absolutely nothing getting done besides leaving material there. The last almost 2 weeks they finally buckled down and I've been woken up before 8am every single day since then. Being a chronically ill pregnant woman, it's not too thrilling for me. The debris is everywhere. They use a leaf blower to clear debris from your balcony, which just blows nails all over the ground below. I found 4 nails on the sidewalk just last night even though they cleaned up. I won't be happy if my small child or I step on an old rusty nail. They messed up all the Christmas lights that were strung on my balcony. They couldn't have just put them out of the way, they left them hanging over the edge down to our neighbor, and now we can't get them to even work anymore. So thanks for that! A large flower pot is broken, which I'm also confused at how that happened. We removed the chairs and larger items off the balcony to keep them out of the way. Somehow our stuff still gets destroyed. The banging and pounding literally knocks stuff off of my walls. I've lived in a home where the roof was replaced. It was nowhere near this disruptive or destructive as this is. Management just put sod down outside of our building to to the grass being torn up after a piping repair. Well, they drove trailers and trucks on it so now it's torn up and ugly. I wouldn't hire this company even if it was the only option in the state. I would do a better job myself even with no actual roofing knowledge.

The quality and workmanship are excellent! From Dave consulting with me over the years about the useful life of the roof, to Jonathan doing an amazing job installing the new roof, I am truly impressed by this company! At my request, they agreed to going out there on his own (without me being there) and said, "Sounds good ill get you typed up in my system and ill be out Wednesday around 5pm and once I havr everything typed up ill email the estimate over to the email you provided." On the morning of the 11/05, I sent a follow up message to confirm he was coming out for the quote. I received a message, "I got your message on fb yes we are still on for 5pm this afternoon." No one came out that day. The next morning I received a message from Amanda K. that stated, "Aaron gave you a call yesterday afternoon to confirm that you were at your new home. He didnt get an answer or call back and we dont come out unless we have a confirmation call. Would you like him to come out this afternoon?" I messaged back and said yes and that I had a confirmation text from yesterday, that he was informed we would not be there and he could go any time. I included a screenshot of the confirmation. Amanda then both texted me an apology and called me apologizing for the confusion and saying that she will send someone out that afternoon. At 4:32 pm that day, Amanda texted me and said "Aaron is about an hour away and will be calling." I texted back that I was out of work at 5:45 p.m. No response until yet another text from Amanda stating, "Aaron did call while he was at the house. A received no answer. I understand that you where at work. Sorry we were not able to provide you with a quote for our services. I hope you are able to find another company." Stunned, I messaged yet again and asked what on earth was happening and Amanda messaged that they are a "we are a small business and I have to keep a schedule in the afternoons as we only have limited daylight I could not have home wait until 5:45 for a phone call." What?? We already agreed to a written quote four days ago? Absolute lack of customer service - it must be nice to reach the level of success that you can treat potential clients who are planning to pay $8k+ for services so haphazardly. Zero communication and failure to follow through on what was agreed upon.

Once you pay them, they will not respond back to you. Paint is peeling in many areas; there is overspray on railings and even on shingles. I've contacted them over and over and over again and they ignore me. The one time they responded back was when I left message that I was going to have to leave a poor review, but that was months ago.
