Also, we left to discuss things and returned later the same day with surprise as if our business was not even wanted. She also made us feel as if our returning was an inconvenience (although she had no more appointments). She also proceeded to tell her coworkers at the front desk in front of other customers that we left to try and find a "cheaper tax place" when we simply stated to her we had some things to discuss.
