Sometimes what could have been a negative review turns positive due to great customer service. I…read morebrought my boat in for repair and replacement of the fuel injection system. The service team was quick to respond and ordered my part. Communication was good as they kept me informed of when the part would arrive and when my boat would be ready. I paid for the services and parts, picked up my boat, and brought it home. Thats when the problems started. Without getting into the details, there was some type of error with the service performed which exacerbated my problem. I had to bring it back to Sunrise to have them resolve this new issue. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder however they kept me in the loop on the progress. I just picked it back up today and though I haven't run it yet, I appreciate the strong communication and commitment to getting it right for me. Thank you Daphne service team.
