My boyfriend bought me a expensive gift for Christmas and it had a couple of defects so I took it…read moreto Mail n More to have it returned to be fixed. That was December 28, 2023. After about 3 weeks of it still not shipping I called the store. I was very rudely told that it wasn't there and USPS refuses to scan items they pick up. I asked who did the pickup and was told they won't ever give them names either. I then asked who signed the manifest and was told that they don't keep one and that I needed to contact USPS which I did and was told that if it was picked up and not scanned there it would have been scanned in Macon already and in Atlanta. I called Mail n More again and asked them to please check for me and make sure it wasn't dropped or placed somewhere else there and was very rudely told that they have cleaners everyday and if it was there someone would have found it and that USPS had lost it. USPS stated that this isn't the first issue they have had with this business so now 2 months later my package still shows a label created and looks like it never left Mail n More. I have no idea what to do next other than NEVER use this business again. I wish I had just kept the defective item but it was expensive and I was hoping to get it replaced.
