They are very organized and have developed an amazing system to manage clients virtually. We were able to upload all documents ourselves and did not require tech support but we are sure that they would have walked us through the technology challenges if we needed them to. They were transparent about costs during their free consultation. Perhaps our favorite part is the virtual review of our taxes via a video that Greg creates.
