I finally receive funds from my closed az account.I have no money til check is deposited to open utilities or anything.I get denied at CITIZENS for unknown reasons.After some guy calls and gives me a bizarre interview. So no problem I was refered to Fnb by realtor and title company.I got started on my account opening then same thing a man calls me back and says sorry we cant open an account. REASON given was im on an OFAC LIST. So I check online and actually had a treasury dept response ,im not on any list.So next I try a credit union,they deny me because I don't have any proof of id like a utility bill. I do have a valid id in two forms a social security card and birth certificate. catch 22 situation. I went online and opened an account at one of the big three. in less than 15 min,deposited my check with only a 5 day hold not 9 like I was told at citizens. I have no idea why things have to be so stupid. Anyhoo ill never bank at CITIZENS OR FIRST NATIONAL IN HILLSBORO OR ANYWHERE ELSE. The little interview was enough for me.

I wire transferred $510 to this account from another…read morebank and I am so glad I screenshot the transaction with the confirmation because they took the incoming wire (the $510 was taken out of my other bank) but they never deposited it into my Wells Fargo account and no one can tell me where it is!! Unreal! RUN AWAY FROM THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ! I came to the bank to figure out what was going on and the CSR was RUDE to me and acted as if I was at fault! This account will be closed and moved to BBVA with my other account! To add insult , they charged me a $35 nsf on an automatic draft and had they deposited my missing wire transfer, the funds would have been there! They better find my money and get this fixed!
