I just called to get a quote! The lady could not understand English at all. But that's not the problem! I had my taaxes last year done at H&R Block at Almeda Road Downtown. Here great service. Today, they doubled the price on me. I paid last year $159.00 and this year at this location I have to pay $320.00 for the same service. So I called Almeida Road location and they gave me the same quote like last year. Avoid this location, they screw you really bad I have the feeling. Very poor service no advise for amount paid After entering our info the so called tax professional did not offer any advise or even care to review my $4 (?) return. He just mentioned the $289 fee for him entering a few numbers and answering questions in the tax software. After leaving I thought about it and returned to only have to explain that I was not satisfied with the service I received and could not justify paying $289 for practically having someone push buttons. So "I" had to make adjustments to get a better refund that he told me we could have done before but he could not make he decision for me. What about The tax advise!. Isn't that what we pay for! On next visit for wife's signature I was told to wait 20 minutes after my appointment. so I canceled. read more

Horrible customer service literally had to make two seperate appointments for me and my relative. I drive 45 minutes to get to this location. I was on time and she tells me they cancel my appointment but my relatives appointment was still good. They called while I was at work and I could not answer. Since I could not confirm the appointment I just made and even though I arrived on time they still canceled. The second I get to this location my family member tells me she was being rude on the phone to customers and to her. The lady at the front desk tells me there is nothing we can do your appointment has been canceled and did not give me other options to reschedule. Seriously my relative told her I was on my way but she forgot to mention my appointment was canceled before I get to the location a head of time. It was not like I was late. Literally called another location within seconds and they got both of us in at the same time slot on the same day. Whatever you do stay away from this location. The customer service is horrible. It takes a lot to piss me off and I basically told the lady fuck off cus she had such a bad attitude and acted like she didn't want to be there. She was rude to my relative who is elderly and blind in one eye. But hey if you like horrible service and dealing with rude ppl come to this location read more

Find another tax service!! Tax preparer did our taxes wrong, questioned it in the office at the appt. once we got the printed documents and left I spent an hour reviewing them and found the errors. Had to make another appt. three days later. Spent TWO hours walking them through how to correct their error. Told our ACH pymt was cancelled, sent an amendment. Both pymts went through. Now told 6-9 month to get the $2600 over pymt back that HR block said they cancelled. No follow up. No offer to refund my money. Never again will I trust HR block. read more

Horrible customer service! find another place. I came in to get help filing my tax and Dianne Buttler told me that I have to pay $75 and she will do it. After an hour doing my paperwork someone came in that has an appointment with her. After that she told me to fill it up myself because she has a scheduled appointment. So basically she charged me $75 to fill up ten boxes on my paperwork.The worst customer service. read more
