Upon calling, I was able to secure an appointment almost immediately. Lindsay told me what paperwork I needed to bring and gave me directions to the office (more on that later). Upon finally discerning where the office was, we were pleasantly greeted at the door by both Lindsay and Jonathon. We were ushered into a small conference room where we gave Jonathon an overview of our tax year and asked him several questions regarding our return. He asked us a few questions, then, after collecting our paperwork, told us that he'd be contacting us in about a week with our finished returns. It did take about two weeks to get our returns back but being that we didn't bring them in until the end of March, it was a lot quicker than I expected. And, it cost a lot less than I expected. (My BIL went to a "big-box" tax service and paid 4 times as much for a much simpler return.) Our tax bill was also pleasantly surprising - Jonathan found deductions that I haven't been taking all these years using Turbo Tax. When I arrived to pick up my returns, everything was ready to be signed and e-filed. He reviewed a summary with me, I signed and dated the return and off it went. We briefly talked tax strategy for this year and set an appointment in June to set up that strategy. Jonathon's office wasn't the easiest place to find. The address is Weatherly Road but you enter from Bailey Cove Road. Just remember that it's behind Dollar General. It's an upstairs office and not handicap accessible. For a little more than the cost of e-filing with Turbo Tax, I didn't have to spend weeks of anxiety trying to figure out how to properly enter everything, days of anxiety trying to get everything filed on time and too much anxiety arguing with my husband over everything having to do with taxes. I highly recommend Jonathan and Neighbors Tax and Accounting.

If I am assessed a penalty for their error, I will expect to be reimburse, not only for this but the last one as well, via claims court if necessary.

I mean they really made lemonade out of lemons-- I requested some extra services, like baseboard cleaning and oven cleaning, sweeping out the garage, and some organizing etc. on the first service, and they really made my place into a better place. I work full time and just don't have the time to do major cleaning tasks like cleaning 2000+ sq feet of hard floors, and two full bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms on three levels (with 3 cats). I work full time on-site/in-office all week, and the last thing I feel like doing is MORE work all weekend or on weeknights after I get home trying to keep my place relatively clean (and not even doing that great of a job). I was always one of those people-- I sort of resisted having house cleaning bc I thought it made me snobby. However, just try it once, and you won't have that attitude any more. It literally increase my happiness and sense of wellbeing coming home to a clean house.

This time the only thing we can find that they did was only vacuum. They didn't touch the clean out (see photos), nor did they communicate that the job might have been bigger than the service we bought (200 clean up). Then when I called to complain they were argumentative and said "we are not allowed to take out trash"????? They charged us 200.00... And ASKED FOR A TIP . They did refund our money but they lost a good customer. These pics were AFTER they said they were done and asked for a tip. Yes we understand that it was a big job, but if they were not going to do it, call us and tell us. Don't just vacuum and call it done.
