From start to finish, the experience was five stars. Katie personally reached out to follow-up with me before starting the course (after hearing from my manager I had some interest... thank you! I needed that!), my materials arrived on time, the online portal clearly outlined our three week session; our group size was intimate enough for everyone to actively participate.
