They have an extreme lack of organization and communication. They filed our taxes late and did not notify us. We were charged interest and late fees by the IRS and that was the only we found out that our tax advisor filed late. My husband and I both called their office several times and never received a call back. We received a letter at the end of July with a refund for what the IRS charged us. We wish they would have given us a full refund for their service since it was terrible and they couldn't be bothered to contact a new client. Would not recommend this place!

I followed up about a week later to learn that I no longer had homeowners insurance, and there was nothing they could do about it because it was a Friday afternoon. I wish I would have received a phone call, a letter, a follow up email...SOMETHING from GLIIA confirming I knew that I was now without coverage. As of right now I have still not heard from my agent or anyone at the GLIIA office, which I suppose means I'm shopping for new insurance. Avoid at all costs. A single missed email could cost you your home and everything in it.
