I was luckily able to get an appointment rather quickly which was a huge relief since I always procrastinate filing my taxes. They even offer weekend and weeknight appointments during tax season which is a huge plus! Their staff is so friendly and welcoming and helps to make such a daunting task truly enjoyable and easy. I worked with Jasmine and I could not recommend her more. I appreciated that she explained everything concisely and clearly helping to make this such a painless process. Also, their pricing is sooooo affordable. I would have paid close to double the amount had I filed my own taxes through TurboTax like I usually do. He is a savvy accountant and he stays abreast of all of the tax changes happening each year. The office sends out notifications throughout the year reminding you of the more significant changes that will impact you favorably or negatively so you are not surprised come tax time. But if you happened to miss an update there is no doubt Rich will be reminding you when you meet. At our annual appointments Rich is patient, and answers all of our questions thoroughly or commits to finding out the answers he may not know.
