I bring them my documents and they have quick and easy envelopes to fill out with basic information about 5 minutes and your done. If you return the following year you dont have as much information to fill in you just rubberband the previous year to the new envelope. Very painless. I think for more involved returns you are better off making a reservation to talk to an accountant. I dont need to do this but I've had questions and they take my calls, or if they have questions they have called me. I also talk to them every time I go in to pick up my return. They explain what forms they have filed for me if I need an explanation. They process all your forms in a very timely manner. They are usually done with mine in a few days. They call when they finish them, and you go and pay them for their service and then they electronically send to the IRS. I'm guessing the price depends on how involved your return is. I know mine is very inexpensive. I will continue to use their services. They have always been extremely pleasant to work with.
