The teller won't give my Husband his money out of his bank. No one helped my Husband I had to call Member Services. She told us that Vons credit union is a different name now and my Husband didn't know the right name, the lady on phone told her the name hasn't changed and she told her she was wrong. I came in a couple days ago and made a same day appointment within 30 minutes to file my 2020 taxes. I was struggling with several things that prevented my return from being accepted. My previous year was messed up and I was filing in two states with several other forms. Well! Alexis was a life saver. She's amazing and explained everything to me as a young adult filing by myself and clueless to how returns work. Alexis helped me get my max refund and also offered to assist on fixing my 2019 return. There were several other friendly associates in the office that helped me with my other states forms. All around a great experience and I am so very thankful for the associates that helped me!! read more

Pro: very nice people. Easy to get appointment. Con: they had no idea how to file my state return. I had to tell them to look for an exemption I knew about that they missed. Went from owing over $200 to getting back $150+. Don't recommend. read more

I went in with no appointment, waited 5 minutes to be called back by Teri who did my taxes in about 15 minutes. That's including her checking the previous year for accuracy. I am getting a big refund that I never expected. Teri really knows her craft. She was fast and I am so glad I went in. I will be going back next year no doubt! Thank you Teri! read more

What an ordeal. Pros: the people were nice and wanted to help, that's the only reason they are getting a star. Cons: - Tax return took ~8 weeks to complete, after making an appointment mid Feb, it only got filed a week before the deadline in April. Unnecessary stress. - The reason it took so long is because they didn't know how to do it, I had to show the tax preparer the rules regarding some of the items on my return since they didn't know. Should have left right then but was strapped for time. - When originally making an appointment I was told new customers get 50% off the cost of tax prep, but when it came time to sign, I was informed that I wasn't eligible. Tax prep cost: $540, and I was only told this until it was too late to find someone else. - I'm still not sure it was done properly... So now I'll need to file an adjustment. That's a ton of money poorly spent. Definitely never going back, and recommend finding a real CPA if you have anything beyond a basic return to file, which you could probably do yourself anyway. read more

They guaranteed I would have my taxes in 28 days for which reason I payed extra. 28 days passed then 35 I called they weren't much help and were extremely rude. Never will I come back or recommend to anyone.
