They were close to my house and I figured it made sense to check them out. Scheduling was easy and they had evening availability to accommodate me coming in after work. I met with Tony, who handled all of my business in one meeting. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood everything. He covered a lot of information to ensure that I could get the maximum refund. Within a few short weeks, I got a letter stating my taxes were completed and I could come in to pick up the returns. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their fee is more than I've ever paid to have my income taxes done before, and it's more than I've seen a lot of others pay as well. After the last two years, I was willing to accept the rate in exchange for having this handled quickly, correctly, and conveniently. Maybe it's just the cost of doing business. Admittedly, I don't have that much of a basis for comparison. If it turns out to be in line with other comparable businesses, then it's a five star experience here.

I didn't make an appointment so when I walked in I was greeted and "got in line" on my phone using a QR code and texting system. I barely had to wait before I was able to sit down and address what I needed. Sometimes when I talk to people in finance they make me feel like an idiot for not having the same level of financial literacy they do. Mansplaining? Perhaps. Banker-splaining? Definitely. Not so with Kevin! He sat down with me and was down to earth, kind and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly without making me feel stupid or rushed. Kevin patiently helped me not only select a credit card that fits just want I need, but printed a new slate grey debit card to replace my falling apart ugly orange one and switched my one account to a performance select account. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person. I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!

They buy collections to resell back to the public. It makes every excursion different as you never know what may have been sold to the store and what new things may be out on the floor.
