i got my taxes done last year at this location. My forms were stolen with my car at the end of the year. I went in today to get help finding out my AGI and the chick on her phone at her desk said she had no time to help me and she couldnt access my account. So Rude!!!! Thanks for nothing. Super friendly people but they robbed me of my money. They charge way to much to do people's taxes unfortunately.

Daniel Tonn worked on my joint marital taxes. When I requested copies for myself, not only was he unresponsive to my requests - but would not provide me with any requested copies, current or previous (including the online portal). My divorce attorney threatened with a subpoena before he was willing to produce them. I was not only treated unprofessionally but as if I didn't exist and wasn't legally as entitled to the information as my spouse. My suggestion to YELP is to add a category because "not good" does not come close to the experience I had with Mr. Tonn. read more

Never ever go here to have your taxes done. H & R Block guarantee, ha ha! I had my 2012 taxes done here and the tax preparer recommended changing how I file my exemptions because the "laws have changed", I followed his advise and in 2014 was audited for this change. I followed the H & R block guidelines, contacted H&R first, then sent in the requested documents to the IRS and waited. I now owe the IRS $2,500. I made an appt. with same tax preparer, who was completely baffled, "I've never seen this before, let me do some checking and I'll be in touch." Two weeks later and no response and my calls are ignored and the manager is never available. read more
