After many attempts and finally reaching a person, they said "We will mail you a form, you fill it out with the proper documents and return it to us. We'll file the taxes then." We basically did our taxes ourselves and paid a large amount of money for them to file them. They did not communicate with us well during this time. Then over a year and a half later the IRS contacts us saying we didn't pay enough in our taxes that year. We went to Glorioso's regarding this... There response was returned to us on a Post-It Note, "You do owe this. We forgot to put in your employer benefit for daycare so we are paying you for the interest." So they paid us $27 for a mistake they made on our taxes.... and thus cost us $600. Not impressed at all. Their errors, their lack of communication and support, and their failure to correct their mistakes is unacceptable for a business. We will never return to them and we will not recommend them to others.

They offer advice on matters that I haven't even thought of before. In terms of an accounting firm that specializes in small business, I can't think of anyone better to fulfill my needs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
