Then it was all downhill. In the end, it was horrible service. After we fired this firm for costing us thousands of dollars on a return + not giving ANY financial advice - they are now withholding our personal tax return digital files. Claiming they need to remove personal notes. I just want the digital files to be able to do my own taxes! I don't care what notes are on file - unless they were doing something inappropriate with my filings.... in which case maybe I do care about the notes they have on file?!?

I have been a member for 51 years, over that time I have had many mortgages and investments. All the previous financial advisors have done an amazing job and did exactly what was asked with full transparency. I will not let this expierence with one financial advisor ruin the life long good expierences I have had with a credit union. I still trust my bank and the good financial help I have had over the many years of being a member. I was upset over one incident and was petty in my review. I take back my one star review and will give my credit union the 4.5 star review they deserve for the many years of very good service and financial advice.

One of TD's new branches that do not have traditional tellers…read more The concept is making appointments for banking needs that are mid to long terms ie mortgages, RRSP, etc. There are 2 ATM's that are newer that allow cash withdrawals down to $5. Next generation of banking as cash is become less prominent and great direction of TD. Overall clean store (I have not used the services outside the ATM) but looking forward to it soon.
