I decided not to go back because of their discourteous treatment and high fee. I went to a long-established CPA for 2018 who immediately saw errors in my previous return. I had overpaid my tax for 2017 by almost $900. He filed an amended return and his fee for both returns was less than the fee for the SFS 2017 return prepared by an enrolled agent.

Also this is not Brian's business, he inherited it from his father and you can tell. The guy is not all there when you talk to him and tells you things you want to hear without following thru. If you are reading this i wouldn't waste your money with these guys, they have big empty offices and lots of bills, you will never get service you need even if you pay the thousands in fees, like i did.
