I had my taxes done here this year,,,After she filed for me the IRS sent me a letter where she made a mistake and lowered the amount I owe by $146.00. So I decided to check the numbers myself and I also found a mistake she made lowering my taxes again by $232.00. But when I asked her to file an 1040x amend form to fix her mistake she said it would cost another $100.00 AFTER I already paid her $328.90. That's crazy so I got with a family member to help me file the amend to fix her mistake. I will never go here again total waste of $328.90 plus not correct.
