I have a family to take care of and I thought I could rely on this person through a credited reference from a friend. Was told she overshares and have dealt with people like that in my life but not in a proffesional manner. Shame on me, my wife and I should have done more research, but we were facing hardships that were guaranteed to be addressed by this firm. Would not recommend. Save yourself from hearing about personal problems that are not your own and find someone else. You get less of a headache doing your taxes yourself than taking this firm on. The assistant is nice and pleasant, but still can not provide the answers that the certified accountant can. There have been deadlines thay have not been met and personal life is shared too much for a business around the county. Extremely discouraging for trying to find another accountant when the trust has been broken with this one. Are they all like this? Asking for my elderly wife and myself on this matter.
