This was the worst experience we ever experienced with this company. We had an appointment…read morescheduled to come in and have our taxes done by professionals. We came about 15 minutes early and we were able to start appointment then so that was a plus. However, the entire appointment took over two hours. We came in with all the proper documents. When he asked us if we did early filing and we said no he almost seemed as if we were an inconvenience. The tax professional did just about everything it felt like besides take care of us. He continuously had to go help his coworker with the clients that were in front of him. I wouldn't have posted a review on this until he started bad mouthing his client previous to us. He used her name and he bad mouthed her to us. This is extremely unprofessional. He called his boss to tell her about the client while we were sitting in front of him for about 20 minutes. So if he bad mouthed her then how will I know he doesn't do that to us when we walk out of the building. So unprofessional. I took a picture of his area managers business card because I was getting irritated but I honestly don't want to hear the excuses. He told her that he was working with clients in front of him while they were talking on the phone and they continued to carry on.
