Went to get taxes done. They said I owed $8800 due to selling my rental. Offered no assistance in figuring out the exception form needed. These are not tax professionals at all. Called to speak to Sally, gave all info and was put on hold for several minutes. The lady came back on and said sally wasn't there. Then why you put me on hold. Sally was there and told her to tell me she was off. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND NOT PROFESSIONALS! Steer very clear. If I could give negative stars I would. Had to out one star. read more

If you are looking for professional people with experience you must check out H and R Block of St. Robert. The whole crew are long time employees and courteous. I am a little bias since my daughter, Amanda McCall and my sister, Lishia Stewart both work there but it doesn't change the facts. Give them a try and tell 'em Pam sent you. read more
