I spent approximately an hour on the phone explaining my business, operations, and the level of bookkeeping assistance I needed. Dee assured me that they could support my business and mentioned she had been doing this for a long time, which gave me confidence to move forward. On June 25, she requested my bank statements, profit statements, and a detailed explanation of my business. I spent another hour gathering the requested documents and walking her through everything in detail after spending her an email. She told me she would review the information and get back to me with a quote. After not hearing back, I followed up by email on June 26 and received no response. A few days later, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update again, no response. I called once more on June 30 and still did not receive a response. I'm disappointed that I invested so much time explaining my business and sharing sensitive financial information, only to be completely ignored afterward. Even if they decided they weren't the right fit, a simple courtesy response would have been the professional thing to do. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
