He had no idea that my taxes were prepared differently than the year before by his own company. He just seemed to not want to deal with it. I could not believe this guy would do this. He somehow used a pin number, and I'm not sure how he could do that. Maybe it was from the previous year? At first, I didn't feel comfortable that they wouldn't let me review the returns until I paid them, but when I finally reviewed them, there were errors and a huge tax bill I had ever seen. They didn't catch the proper deductions. When I discussed this with Ralf Reinberg, he just made that one correction. That's when I asked for an extension to have them reviewed by another accountant. I had no issues the first year, but in the second year, our taxes were completely prepared differently than the last year. When I called back he would disguise his voice and never returned my phone calls. I had to have my taxes amended as the second accountant said that they had placed my deductions on the wrong schedules and prepared them completely incorrectly - not even sure if they did that on purpose or if they really don't know what they're doing. Do NOT use this guy at all! He's an all-around bad person.
