Helpful staff, with long lines during "rush" hours on the weekend, but nothing different than most…read morebanks. My only gripe is that the "specialists" like mortgage advisors and financial planners have EXTREMELY limited hours, as the are apparently shared by multiple branches. It's almost impossible to schedule an appointment with them (sometimes weeks in advance) without having to rearrange my work hours. Weekends, the only time my schedule is more flexible, are of course CRAZY and booked weeks in advance. I love the concept of the credit union, and do appreciate the more "individualized" attention you're allegedly able to receive, vs. a larger, traditional bank, but it seems like WPCU has possibly grown faster than they imagined, and are having some trouble staying "small." Their closing time at 7pm during the week is helpful, somewhat. Wish they were open later on Saturday (maybe until 3pm?) or even (treason!!!) on Sundays....

I also had two episodes where I thought I was going to have a real nice job first one turned out to be a scam and then the other one turned out to be problems with their affiliates cuz they are over in ireland. Huntington forge closed my account on the 1st with no warning did not give me a chance to come out and get my SSDI and send it back endangering my place to live and more not very this is poor customer service. When I went down there on the 1st to get my SSDI for my rent they said I couldn't have it because it was pending I'm wondering if that was a lie because the next day when I went back to get it it was gone and they had no record of it and they said they sent it back I think check but not for sure and I don't appreciate having my place to stay in danger because of it and it shows nowhere in your system

This company is so incompetent they can't even get out of their own way. Every interaction I have…read morehad with them has been a deplorable experience and anything but customer service. Poorly trained staff, voice messaging systems and call routing focused on no customer contact, and hiding behind circular systems to avoid all of the negative comments they so rightly earn and deserve. We were forced to do business with PHH when our loan was transferred to them shortly after we closed on the house. Three months after they took over our loan, they notified us that our flood insurance had "lapsed." Our house is not in a flood plain. FEMA maps, the appraisal, and flood certification confirm this. Our original mortgage company didn't require us to have flood insurance, but PHH keeps insisting (without evidence) that it's required as a condition of this loan. They withdrew $658 from our escrow account for 3 retroactive months of flood insurance that we did not use or need. Customer service is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs.
