If I could leave no starts I would the man mike that did our taxes completely screwed us we handed him our bank card with the account and routing number on it tell me how he put in a completely different number that what was on the card causing our money to be sent by our bank back to H&R Block they are now refusing to re submit it direct deposit to our bank and is telling us we have to waste 10-15 days after they Receive the money back for a check to be printed and sent back to our address on file and when I said I wanted a refund for the money I paid to have my taxes done was told no by Mike that he would gladly do our taxes for free next year ummmmm no I will never use you again you have poor management and a lack of human connection as well as not being able to preform your job I will never use this company again they will screw you over it wouldn't surprise me if he put his own account number in there to try and steal all of our money with how he acted as if he didn't care I contacted corporate and made a complaint about all of this o and any one that this may happen to in the future don't bother asking for the number to the office of the president apparently there is not one this company is completely shady Update This crooked company refuses to refund me the 350$ for their mess up I will never use you again and just know I will tell everyone to stay far away from you and how horrible you all are you are as crooked as they come read more
