I have copies of every single interaction, call log, and incorrect quarterly sales tax filings. I received a NY delinquent sales tax letter that they never addressed. Letter after letter and a penalty fee that I am not responsible for. Was it handled? I have no idea because their communication is terrible. What about filing my quarterly taxes all under the state of PA instead of splitting it up correctly to each state? I've asked this to be corrected for months now. What about not even filing my quarterly taxes for the states I do business in? What about the sales tax permits Ive been requesting since DECEMBER 2025? No one is ever in the office to go meet in person. When you call the office, you'll get either Andrea or Lina, and they will give you a BS response. They will tell you they are either on the phone or out of the office. I ask for a return call and it has never happened. Ever! Not once have never spoken to Mike, Larry, or Joe on the phone. Its an absolute joke. This company is by far the most incompetent group I've ever encountered. I held off long enough writing this, hoping one of them would care enough to fix the errors they've made and we can move forward. Now? I will make sure to spread the word to avoid this business. The amount of frustration and headaches this place has given me a ridiculous. Please take your business elsewhere. He also told me that the let turbo tax and H&R block know ahead of time if they filed people's taxes with that credit before feb.14 it would get placed in error and hold up the return (I filed on feb.2) so they knew about this ahead of time. So when I called yesterday asking them about this all I got was a "well... It's outa our hands now... There's nothing we can do about it" well I understand there's nothing you can do about it now but a sorry would have been nice or something I mean.. I don't pay you guys $200 a hour to make screw ups that could have easily been avoided.. So thanks H&R...
