I been a client of Vicky's over 10+ yrs and her parents did my taxes before her. Last year I. was surprised once it was time to pay with a dramatic price increase. Today I went to file my taxes and asked Vicky about the increase. She immediately got offended. I'm newly married almost 3 years now. She told me I paid so much last year because I had two different W-2s.. She told me what her price was and that it was times two because of the two W-2s. I told her the price she stated I've never paid that before. She told me that her price was her price and if I did not like it, I can go somewhere else. I told her the price was not an issue. I was just surprised last year and wasn't notified about the price increase. She then said do you want me to email 4000 people about a price increase? Vicky thought that I was a new client and she just didn't my taxes last year. I reminded her that her family been doing my taxes for about 15 years faithfully. she then said she did not know who I was so I reminded her. after realizing I got married and my last name change, she remembered who I was. she then said that she did not need to explain herself and she feels attacked and I need to leave her office. I gathered my things and I left. I felt disrespected because how you not remember who I am at all. there was a point during Covid when she was not taking clients in her office so I decided to do my taxes myself but it was only 2-3 yrs. in my opinion Vicky is all about money and she has very poor customer service for the past six years. because she does not know me I'll post a few pictures as a reminder.

HORRIBLE. She should be out of business. Receptionist contacted us in March 2019 to advise they had…read moreour taxes. We heard nothing else from Vicky...EVER!!! We began calling her and leaving messages weekly, starting in August and she NEVER cared enough to return our calls. We finally were able to reach the receptionist the beginning of February 2020 to get our original documents back, which she returned and apologized. They were sitting in a filing cabinet and no one had looked at them! We took our taxes to our normal Accountant and they were processed in a few short days. If she didn't want our business all she had to do was return our tax information.

We are an employer and we recently hired someone through Kelly Services. Here are the facts:…read more1) 2 candidates were initially introduced to us by a recruiter called Valarie Santillnes from their Alberquerque, NM office - Candidate A and B. 2) We decided we wanted Candidate A. 3) We were told that Candidate A declined even though she was extremely excited to start working for us when we interviewed her. We left with no other options but Candidate B, and we decided to give her a shot. 4) Candidate B started in January 2018 - She missed work a number of days, showed up late a number of times, and her work was below average. Nevertheless, she was trained and we decided to convert her to a full timer after 2 mths. 5) Candidate B became worse after she was converted and we finally let her go at the end of March. 6) After candidate B left, she called and told us her last pay check never arrived, and told us to resend her another check, which we did. Turns out, she got the original check, and cashed both checks, meaning she was paid twice for her last pay cycle. 7) Candidate B also proceeded to use those last checks to forge more checks and cashed about 8-10 fraudulent checks on our account. 8) After some investigative work, we found out that the Recruiter pushing Candidate B - Valarie Santillanes is Candidate B's mother. This information was never revealed to us, and it now makes sense why Candidate A "declined" the job offer and Candidate B was pushed so hard. What Kelly Services did for us after we filed this complaint - Teresa Nations - Regional Manager told us: 1) Told us it is not their problem. 2) Told us that we converted her and the fraudelent checks occured after we converted her 3) Told us that they don't have a policy against nepotism - they are allowed to push family members and relatives as they wish 4) Told us they don't do background checks, so if they introduce a criminal to us to work for us, its not their problem You guys can decide whether you want to use Kelly Services from our 1st and only experience with them.
