I mostly spoke with Melissa (Tough Cookie) (she is all about the business) Stern, firm, and gives you yes and no answers. It happened exactly like they said it would. I got my discharge today. Ms. Shank is also a jewel. Very personable. Please see this attorney for your bankruptcy questions, concerns, issues. Not to mention a payment plan.
