By the looks of it, it's cooked very well and it's pork so I can't tell you how it tastes like. Since he ate it all, I say it's was very good! I'm glad his cousin took us here. Their sandwich selection is limited but this place is mostly a juice and smoothie bar with fruit and yogurt on the menu. They have things called bionicos which are basically your choice of fresh fruit, your choice of either prepared cream, yogurt or whipped cream and your choice of cereal such as granola, or various boxed cereal choices. They will tell you what they have on hand. They have chocos which are kind of like milkshakes but much lighter and airy! Not sure how they are made but they are very good. Their milkshakes are also very natural tasting and don't taste artificial. Nothing like a shake from the states but definitely a shake I come to expect to get from Mexico. This service was friendly and courteous however the wait can be about 10-15 minutes as everything is made fresh. Este Lugar esta muy delicioso. Venden chocos, biónicos y ensalada de frutas.
