Where's the organic produce?? Please add organic produce, even if it's a small section.

This is a small town HEB. I go up here on weekends as the store is never as busy as the kingwood ones are. Yes the produce section is small and there's no meat counter and bakery. There is plenty of yogurt as well. The produce section was a hit or miss. They aren't going to have the super size version of produce. Some of the fruit could of been better quality in my honest opinion. They do have a different weekly ad then houston area stores as this is considered another market. I only gave this place 4 stars because the cashiers aren't as friendly. read more

So so very SAD! Yelp doesn't even recognize the location??? It's not Ohio folks.. it's Texas. I came in looking for yogurt. A teensy Wendy inventory. I left empty handed. I will put this store and there amazing staff in my prayers as I head back to California. Yogurt is plentiful in California. read more

WOW!!! Take everything HEB is usually known for and write it down. Then immediately throw it in the garbage because this one has none of those qualities. Poorly lit parking lot, full of potholes.... and that's the best part! This store is filthy, nasty, understocked with limited choices. Fruits and vegetables section is the worst I've seen in any MAJOR grocery store chain. Meat section is very limited. I don't know how the customer service is because I left without buying anything. This store can't be corrected with new management. It needs a bull dozer. HEB should close the doors on this location if this is all they are capable of. Shame on you HEB. I can't find a single thing nice to say about this location. read more

Yes, it is a smaller HEB. Americans seem to feel that if there are not 500 different brands of yogurt then it must be backwoods. What I can tell you, I have always had great service at this HEB. Sometimes quirky service but always fantastic. Once the cashier asked me where I work, I told her a lab. The Cashier behind me chimed in excitedly, "Are you a mad scientist!". I explained to her that I just tested blood and urine, sorry. Another time I had a bagboy act out part of a school play to me and dropped to his knees holding up my groceries, without hesitation I blessed him as if I were a priest. It was pretty cool actually and the whole group watching were exclaiming, "Oh my God, did you see that?". It helped that I was in costume, well, I was wearing all black at least. LMAO. I like this store, just honestly friendly people. That goes a LONG way with me. So if you are ever in the area, drop by. read more

Needs a few more organic products, but the staff are always so helpful and cheerful even during a pandemic. By far the cleanest restroom of any grocery store I've been in. read more

The employees are always rudely shoving you around and the ones that aren't are just plain stupid or incompetant. Their baggers run off if you have more than a few items. Long story short the store keeps hiring crap employees. I've known people that have tried to work here that were managers or at least performed well in other places but always get denied employment here. Guess they prefer mindless zombies for workers that just wander and bump into everything. read more

Had to park my handicap van with my son who is in a wheelchair in the main parking lot because they have a tent set up taking up two HANDICAP PARKIG spots. REALLY??? read more

Cleveland (and Livingston) needs a new HEB store. While I like HEB, I hate the Cleveland and Livingston stores. They're horribly outdated, no deli, no pharmacy, small and cramped. The stores in Cleveland and Livingston were built about 30 years ago as Safeway stores. And you cant tell me that the Cleveland store carries as many products as Kroger (as the ad says). read more

The town has less than 8000 people so they don't have a Super HEB; this is a smaller one than I'm used to but they stock 95% of the products I'm used to buying and I can go to Walmart or Costco for pharmacy services if needed. I did ask a manager there to order a product I've bought at other HEBs and two weeks later it actually came in. I've done that before at HEBs and they tell me they'll order it and they don't.
