Called ahead. spoke to a Jaimie. Told him the problem. Told him I had spoke to troy built and they said to bring it there. I asked him 3 times if I needed anything else. Nope, just bring the part you have and the equipment and it should take about a half hour. I drive the 45 minutes, because the blower is less than 9 months old only to be told by the parts guy they won't look at it without the receipt. Mind you, it has a 2 year warranty, and a factory sticker that says 2022 on it. Everyone from the parts guy with the poor attitude to the guy named Jaimie that claims to be the service manager are a waste of time. Troy Built claims this is their service center.
