The Wi-Fi is a joke, no idea where the router is but you really can only get Wi-Fi in the front lobby. The staff was not helpful with the Wi-Fi issue. The pillows are feather and very thin, they only give you one per person so you might want to bring your own. The room doors are hollow and do not reach the floor so if anyone is in the hallway you will be able to hear them, we were lucky no one made any noise when we were sleeping but we didn't stay during the weekend so not a place for light sleepers.

I booked a triple room as my wife's sister was visiting and we decided on a trip to Koln. Her bed was actually a sofa bed that was already opened and made up when we got there. She complained though that it wasn't very comfortable and was being poked by the springs. Our bed, on the other hand was really nice and comfortable. We were right on the street side of the hotel but if the windows were closed, no noise could be heard. There was also a coffee maker in the room and the shower was nice - good pressure and hot water. Not a bad little place. Oh, pretty filling breakfast too!
