My husband just went for his cleaning and no one was there. 4. Husband paid $1,100+ for dental work and they said it was paid in full. Within a few weeks we received a $322 bill thru an email that told him he could pay the balance on their bill pay site. After several phone calls and attempts to reach them in person, he finally talked to the office staff. He was told, "We'll just write it off." What if he had paid the bill online first? He would never had gotten that money re-imbursed! They literally fly by the seat of their pants.
