I left my watch initially but then went back to collect it 20 minutes later and was given it in an envelope which had ' WRITE OFF' written on it ?? All I wanted was the battery replaced which I had paid a Lifetime Guarantee for, not the watch written off ! BEWARE IS THIS A CON ?? Once again Braintree Store completely unhelpful and uninterested, I won't be recommending them to anyone. So much for Xmas spirit and putting yourself out for your customers. 0/10 for me and I will spend my money elsewhere at a quality jewellers.
