I would have given him a 5 star review until yesterday. He is very particular about the equipment/water and I so appreciated that. I called and requested water tests on my sink, hose and RO water. He told he he doesn't do that and suggested a company in Edgewater. I questioned why and offered to pay him to test my water. Again telling me he doesn't do that. That's very odd as that is his business and he's been here to test my water. Additionally, during one of his visits here in the past he offered up information on neighbors. So and So still owes me $200. So and So had this problem and this is how I fixed it and went on to tell me his negative personal thoughts about them. I was very uncomfortable hearing this and never repeated to anyone. I actually recommended him to other neighbors - in the past. That will no longer happen. read more

I've been a customer of H20 Tommy for about 11 years now. When I bought my water conditioner and softener system from him, Tommy and his dad came over on a Saturday at Christmas time and installed it themselves. It has worked flawlessly ever since. I know the operation has expanded, but the people who come to the house to fill my chemical injector and add salt to my softener are prompt, professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions. Likewise, the people in the office (especially Betty) are professional, courteous, and friendly -- I actually look forward to requesting a service call. There is so much iron in the water here that it just doesn't make sense to go without a softener and chemical injector. H20 Tommy's equipment and people are the very best! It has been a pleasure doing business with them these last 11 years, and I am looking forward to being a loyal customer for a long time to come! read more

As a new resident, these guys offered to give us a complimentary review of our water processing (well water) infrastructure, as well as test our water quality. They spent over an hour at our house giving us tips and techniques with zero sales or pressure to buy anything from them. We used to be a customer of a MAJOR Water Delivery service that did anything but deliver water (cancelled/no show/delayed)....so we cancelled THEM and have had H2O Tommy deliver our water bottles...same day or next day, when he says he will, and all at a better price! Another business told me I needed all new water treatment equipment for about $2800 and they would do me the favor of taking the old equipment off of my hands.
