The Dr himself was was personable, informative, and did his work in a timely fashion. They offered after care supplies for sale in office, with clear directions on their use. My one and only complaint that causes this to not be a five star experience is with the billing. They asked that I submit my information ahead of time so that they could run my insurance and set me up as a patient. When I arrived for both my first appointment and follow up I was given a charge that I was told was my co-pay. Weeks after I recieved an online bill from their company charging me more for the services. I have no issue with those payments in terms of overall price, just that what i was told at the time of service was incorrect and I was, perhaps mistakenly on their part, lead to believe it was factual. In summary I would recommend this place for its service but encourage anyone to double check their insurance's co-pay rates for those types of services going in, and likely expect follow up fees when planning your finances for this kind of visit.

He gave me an injection, a prescription for anti-inflammatories, and sent me on my way. Nothing helped. I want back and nothing was different. I made an appointment when I can home to AZ with a doctor who spent an hour with me and diagnosed several issues, including that my legs are different lengths. He scanned my foot for orthotics and sent me home with some "make shift" just until my permanent pair arrive. It was a completely different experience.

Doctor saw my foot and ordered X-rays that were done right then and there. Diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon. I know she is a great doctor because when I went to see the surgeon he told me that the doctor had talked about my case and was very concerned that I get in to see the surgeon right away. Great customer service from the front office staff as well. They are all very friendly and professional.

I was escorted to a medical room at 2:06, and the medical assistant updated my medication list, weight etc. The NP named Mark, that I had been assigned to arrived with a trainee at 2:47 PM! No explanation why he was 47 minutes late. I find this unacceptable. And this was the second time he was late - the first time was the first time I met him. I made sure that I told the receptionist that he is running very behind, and that I would never be returning to this facility.

My husband went to the Neurosurgeon, and it was determined he had a spinal cord injury, and the main trunk nerve was compressed in his neck. He is on the slow road to mending I have to thank them both. Now my husband needs to have his other hip replacement done. I hope Dr. Bruce will be able to do that for him as well.

Told me to go home and call Medicare and she could reschedule him. I told her that there shouldn't be anything wrong with it because we use it at hi other doctors. They seemed busy so she couldn't be bothered. I came home and called and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I will find another doctor to go to where people care about their patients. This year there was a questionnaire that helped let the doctor and his nurses know any issues or questions I wanted to cover in my exam, or any problems I was having, which made my visit efficient. Dr. White is always professional and takes time to cover any concerns or questions. His exam is quick, yet thorough, and he's sure to have a female staff member present. Tests are ordered as needed and I received lab results back the next day on in-house labs. I'm very happy with the care I've received here and will continue to use Dr. White.
