They told me they needed to submit a Medicaid pre‑authorization, which I understood but after more than a month of silence and worsening pain, I called for an update and was told they never sent the pre‑authorization at all. It felt very much like my case wasn't worth their time because I'm on Medicaid. After they finally submitted the authorization and scheduled my extraction, I reminded them -- again -- that I recently moved to this area and have no friends or family who can drive me or monitor me after sedation. I was extremely clear about this from day one. A week before the procedure, they called to confirm details and then canceled my surgery because I didn't have a chaperone. They blamed the misunderstanding on me and offered no solution, despite knowing my situation for months. My medically necessary procedure was canceled, and I had to start the entire process over with a different provider. Save yourself the stress and frustration. I would not trust this office with your care or your smile.

The roots of the teeth in his lower jaw had grown quite long and extended down very close to the mandibular nerve. I'm not ashamed to say I was nervous while waiting for him to come out of surgery.
