There's plenty of seating, but first you stand in line, not once or twice, but three times. Then you see a nurse. Then you wait for the doctor. When you finally get to see him, you've been here at least 3 hours. The doctor will give you all the quality time you need for your diagnosis, as long as this takes less than 2 minutes. But, the price is right--you don't pay a dime. So, I'm still glad that it's here

The doctors do perform surgeries, such as cataract surgery etc. The support staff are friendly and helpful, even though the registration process is a bit bureaucratic. Dr. Antonio Medeiros is excellent!! Thank you guys!
