It's always interesting to go on to the store and see what's been donated that triggers my need for yet another tool or part.

Review Highlights - Habitat for Humanity ReStore

Bend ReStore is full of stuff that's in fine condition as well as some that maybe isn't but it doesn't matter so much.

It's been nice to come here and get things to fit the kids on a trip for cheap and then wash and donate back when we are done. We don't ski enough to want to buy new ski or snow gear for each kid every year (eek!!) My favorite section is the book section in this one - ton of fun cookbooks and kid books. Been trying to get the kids into books I liked as a kid, and there was a bunch of great ones available this week! Things like boxcar children, Hank the cow dog, Hardy boys, Dr. Seuss, etc. I also found a Danielle Walker cookbook (she's an awesome gluten-free chef)! Oh and a goodwill pro tip - check out the dvd section (obvs if you have a DVD player). We have one in a vehicle and its awesome to be able to get cheap dvds for keeping the kids quiet on road trips. $3 each I think when they are usually $15-20 at Target or Amazon. It's always a treasure hunt, and gotta say the people watching in this one is
