If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke! My husband and I went here today to check it out, see if we could repurpose items that they had DONATED to them however the prices are insane! Home Depot is down the road if you want to pay what they are asking here at this restore. My husband found chicken wire for our raised garden bed project. There was no price on it so we thought it just came in and we could play the price is right at the register. Instead we overheard 2 employees "complaining." Female employee "I wanted that chicken wire and a customer has it" male employee "well then he has it now" as he is looking at my husband. Wow awesome customer service, so professional. We left the chicken wire and a few items at the desk that was unattended and left to never return to this sad business. If you are looking to repurpose/recycle someone else's stuff check craigslist, garage sales, thrift stores or heck even go to the box store. read more

The funny thing about this Restore is the pricing IS outrageous. Management will respond negatively upon fair offers. Other Restore locations in Marinette and Green Bay will have same merchandise priced HALF of what the Iron Mountain store is. I suspect it is up to the individual manager but am not able to verify that. read more
