Oh what a jewel! We visited Hacienda del Lago after the big Sunday brunch crowd left. Great for us because I understand they are known for an awesome, popular Sunday Brunch.
Our foursome, were the only clients in the dining room. You are give a choice of dining in or out by the pool. White table cloth, wine glasses, and beautiful table settings adds to an elegant, late lunch experience. Actually, I found it to be equal to cosmopolitan dining on a smaller scale.
The food presentation was superior, yet a little slow to come out of the kitchen. You can tell by sight and taste the Chef prides himself with masterful culinary skills. The portions are small for a big eater but perfect for me. I ordered Mole which was divine. Desserts was fabulous, although, I do not remember what I ordered. It is slightly higher in cost but the experience was memorable. I look forward to returning again! read more
