They spent considerable time with me explaining how to compare units, what size I would need and other things that frankly, I would never have otherwise understood. They were able to remove my old unit and install the new one in a day. The new unit has been EXCELLENT this long, hot, summer---quiet, efficient and economical to operate. The technicians they sent out were friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed all during the process. I really can't say enough good about this local, small business.
