Called to get an estimate to do a survey spoke to a person took all information down, and was told would get a call back. Over a week later called back asked the status and was told I would get another call back. Stated unprofessional not to get a call back to at least say we are busy and will get back with you. When I said this the person hung up the phone, again just proving how unprofessional they are. Not recommended at all. After posting this and reviews got a call back. Will not use read more

This surveyor was not professional. He was hired by me and was paid by me but he negotiated the bill with my neighbor. He also disclosed my private information with said neighbor without my consent. Poor communication and high prices read more
