Absolutely terrible service. After having these jokers appointed for me as the appraiser for a property I was purchasing and spending $1000, they showed up at the property for 20 minutes, measured some rooms to get square footage, took a fee pics and took off. "Well that was quick," I thought to myself. They had 2 weeks to do a simple appraisal and baised on how long they were at the property I hoped they would get it done in a timely manner. After calling on the due date to check and see if it was going to be done I was told it would be submitted by the end of the day. 2 days later and no appraisal so I called to ask why it wasn't in. I was told I am not their only customer and was told that things come up. Well why didn't they just say so? How dare I call them out on the tardiness. Totally unprofessional. If at all possible avoid these jokers but if they are appointed for you good luck and make sure not to question anything they do because its not like you spent $1000 for their service or anything. read more
