There are 3 staff that work at the Brant Street location and all of them are terrific, if you haven't experienced this store before check it out on a Friday which is the day when you get free dog treats if you bring your dog into the location with NO PURCHASE necessary. Be warned the prices on much of the products in the store are rather expensive but that is because the quality of the product is above what you will find at most locations however there are several decent products to buy which are rather cheap such as their individual cookies, pig ears and raw or baked marrow bones which are three of my dogs favorite treats. They also price match, once confirmed they will match the price of a competitor for identical items. This location also offers a full self-washing facility complete with a locking door and locking gate for their tub which is large enough to accommodate several hundred pounds of dog (it makes me 102 pound lab look small). Do yourself a favor and experience what Mike and others have to offer at this location and I'm sure you'll keep coming back specifically to say hello to them and just be in a friendly environment.

I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!

Due to Petmax + courier delays and the product becoming unusable for its intended purpose after discovering health issues with my cat, I contacted Petmax before the delivery was completed. Petmax instructed me to refuse delivery to receive a full refund, but the courier entered my building unauthorized, left the package in a common area without my consent, and removed my ability to refuse it. When I tried to resolve the issue with Petmax, I was required to follow a return process I cannot complete due to my disability, yet I had to disclose it to request basic assistance and proper application of their policy. Despite this, I was offered store credit minus $17 shipping fees or a physically impossible return method. Petmax stated they work with several couriers and those couriers had limitations, which is why I was refused accessible return. Upon research, the information Petmax provided appeared inconsistent with published policies from their courier network and the available courier pickup options, that offer paperless return pickup services. Other customers are allowed returns and full refunds but I am excluded from it because I have a disability that makes certain acts physically not possible for me.

Over the years it has been difficult to find a groomer who had the personality and skillful to listen to what I wanted and really care about the boys. They often came home with cuts that were not very good and/or aspects of grooming just not done. Then, I found Sierra and her sister Cali at Pet Value in Simcoe, On. They listen and ask questions to clarify what you would like them to do. They are gentle, kind and professional. Should Sierra need further clarification or share a concern ... she'll call right away. At the end of the grooming I get a verbal report about any findings and how they boys handled the grooming. The boys come home happy, smelling great, all aspects of grooming and care are done, and the cuts are cute, and beautifully symmetrical. The sisters add a little bit of "funk" to their hair sometimes. Thank you Sierra and Cali. Thank you to the staff at Pet Value for having great groomers. They helped me find the right food for my dog who was going through a nasty bout of digestive problems, and now he's back to great shape. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot since he loves visiting the store (and it doesn't hurt that he always gets a new toy or treat after each visit). I even used their new self-bathing system and it worked great - no mess in my house to clean up afterwards. I know from talking to people in the dog parks that everyone has a different opinion about dog training, what food to feed, what breeder to use, etc. The poster before obviously has strong opinions about hedgehogs, but that doesn't mean they're necessarily shared by everyone. But she led me over to the check-out where she proceeded to research on the internet potential solutions for my pet. In the end we found someone with a similar problem, and they mentioned their solution. I will always be greateful, Kita is still alive and well. The other stores i visited were not willing to go the extra mile to help me. Olivers took more of an interest in me than the store that i originally bought my snake from.
