After 6 weeks, our kitchen & bathrooms were not refinished but ruined! A complete disaster, the worst nightmare of any kitchen renovation! It wasn't easy to find another company who want to finish the 'unfinished' job left by another company. Fortunately, NHance Waterloo was willing to help us out of this kitchen-Reno nightmare. In 2 weeks (4 working days, very minimal kitchen downtime), they transformed my kitchen and 3 bathrooms vanities to 'new & beautiful' ones. Our floors have clusters of lumps called junk caused by dirt & dust in the finish, streaks, blotches, mop marks & 3 huge lines running across our 500 square foot living room & bedrooms. We have been living in our basement for 6 weeks now due to Dave's mistakes.. He needs to do the right thing & refund us back some of our money so we can get these done properly & move my kids back into their rooms. You say & have it written on your website & business cards that you have a guarantee & you do not honor it at all! That is false advertising! You blamed my husband for all your dust, dirt & junk that caused all the lumps saying he walked on the floors too soon, AND asked for another 500.00 to fix YOUR mistakes! Yet there were not any foot prints or any indication that anyone walked on the floors too soon. Why do you think that is Dave? Because it wasn't true, that's why! No one walked on the floors until 24 hours were up & you know it!!!. You need to do the right thing. Your rep isn't any good unless you make this right.
