Your closest competitors were as follows. Also your statement about being heavy is not accurate, possibly may see the 7T limit of your competitions weight limit for one of of the 7 40s we needed. Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. After taking it up with them, I was told it wasn't a big deal. They refused to fix the problem. I then asked my contractor to call them and they called him every name in the book. I get this guy works in the dumpster business, but he is very rude and disrespectful. When we first called he was rude on the phone. After we were done filling it he told us to call so he could pick it up so we called and he said well I don't know where you live with an attitude see excuse me you haven't even asked for my address. He said well there's a waiting list I'll be there when I can then hung up. Not very good with customers I don't care what jon you have it wasn't the customers who made you have this job so no need to be rude to people. BUYER BEWARE!! Just called this morning for a price and to schedule a delivery as I have used this company before. Upon calling, I was placed on hold, no big deal, but my phone disconnected (Sprint) He called me back within 30 seconds, and answered with, "YOU CALLED!!" So I explained to him my phone had dropped call and he said "uh huh" as in 'yeah right', and it wasnt even meant to be humorous.. it was very rude. The man was pretty rude and short. Didnt like that I explained to him before I used them last summer and the price was 169$ for their smallest dumpster, and was simply inquiring why it had went up 30$. I clearly stated I didnt mind because it was still relatively cheap in comparison. I then asked when the earliest they could be here by and lets go about scheduling.. and he remained silent for roughly 10 seconds, and so I said, "uh oh, I think my phone disconnected again" He responded with "WHAT TIME DID YOU WANT IT THERE?!?!?!?". I finally replied with, "Never mind, You are being quite rude to a potential repeat customer, Ill just find someone else". He then said "F!!! You, you little Bundle of Sticks"! (He used a completely derogatory word and not the phrase mentioned) I naturally replied the same back to him at this point. Then told him Id be filing a BBB report, and an abuse report to Mike Dewine State attorney general and hung up. He then called back and left voicemail, detailing that I am a bully, and I like to pick on the handicapped, and there will be someone at my doorstep for consistently messing with the handicapped, and 13abc and CNN and Fox news would all harrass me for the same... Tell me what disability does this man have that makes him somehow allowed to be an asshole to people... I told him as a consumer I didnt feel I was appreciated, for about to hire his business, and I would seek elsewhere, and I get cussed out... Awful company. Super rude, and dishonest. I called on a Tuesday to get quote on a dumpster. They took my information and I asked if I could double check the price with my husband before making a commitment. The next day when I called they raised the quote from 599 to 899. When I asked why, the super rude guy on the other end said they never gave that quote and hung up. I called back, naively thinking we got disconnected since normal businesses don't hang up on customers. I was then called a liar and the guy angrily told me if I wanted one of his dumpsters, the price was now 999 and he hung up again. I felt like I was talking to an angry drunk.
