It took them two of the first three years of my contract with them for them to finally get the system fully operational. Many times I had to rearrange my schedule for them to come out to the house and attempt to get it in good working order, many times they failed. On one visit I mentioned to the technician (one of the owners at the time) that it was very time consuming week after of coming out to my house and attempt to get my system working properly. His reply "yeah... this is really inconvenient for us, you live a long way away".
